Damages and Issues
Please inspect your KayLamp Moon Light upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item or size, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Our KayLamp products undergo rigorous quality control before shipping, but we understand that issues may occasionally occur during transit.
To report damages or issues, please reach out to us through email at: support@kaylamp.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product to help us resolve your issue quickly.
